EX BURST Choose 1 Forward in your Break Zone who has a cost equal to or lower than your damage. Add it to your hand. Choose 1 Forward opponent controls who has a cost equal to or lower than your damage. Put it into the Break Zone. (The entire effect is an EX BURST, just cant fit it on one line)
