Metazoo Latest Update & Option to cancel/refund - 4th Dec 2021

To everyone who has Preordered 1st edition Metazoo Nightfall products with us, I sincerely want to apologize for the experience you've had with us. We pride ourselves on giving our customers the best experience we can. I know it has not been pleasant hearing the regular updates regarding delays. I'm personally quite upset that we haven't been able to do more to expedite this process. Ultimately the Metazoo team is still a new Kickstarter company and is still quite inexperienced with the logistics of production and shipping especially internationally.

Arrival Date Updates

We apologize for our delay in responding to all recent emails. We were following up with the Australian distributor for Metazoo on updates on the situation as well. During October we were notified that Metazoo products would be delayed until Late November / December. Supposedly it was ready to be loaded onto the ship in October at the time.

We've recently got a final update on the situation. Metazoo 1st edition Nighfall is currently in a shipping container on it's way to Australia. The shipment is scheduled to land in Australia right after Christmas.

We expect for the product to arrive at our store around Wednesday 12th of January 2022. We will ship these products out as soon as we receive them.

Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that many buyers were excited to be receiving their products as soon as possible in 2021. In light of all the recent delays we are currently offering all buyers the option to cancel and refund their preorders with us.

Refunds will be for 97% of payment made on orders including shipping. (3% payment processing fee will not be refunded)

Note: Due to currency fluctuations, the amount returned to your card may be slightly different to the amount originally paid.

Final Payments for deposit preorders

For those who have preorder sealed cases and paid deposits. We will send a Paypal invoice for the balance amount as soon as we receive confirmation products are being shipped to us from the distributor's warehouse. We expect this confirmation around the 7th of January 2022.

Buyers can pay via card or Paypal and will not need a Paypal account to pay for the balance of their order.

Incorrect shipping payments

Some of international buyers incorrectly selected the wrong shipping option for their order "Express Post (singles only) (Tracked)"

This shipping option is only for shipping of individual "single" cards and is not applicable for parcels or packages.

We'll be in contact very shortly about the additional shipping required to complete your order if applicable. If you do not wish to continue, you may request a refund at the above refund form as well.
